Rules in Brief
Lanai & Noise Rules
No Hanging Towels/Clothes on Lanai Railings
Use the bedroom lanai for things like drying racks, keeping the inward facing lanais free of unsightly items. No storing surf boards, bikes, luggage, etc.
Don’t sweep, shake, spit, or otherwise throw anything from the lanais. Please don’t feed the wildlife.
Please no phone calls on lanais and use headphones for audio devices on lanais and in common areas.
Minimize loud calls, conversations, etc in common areas.
Please avoid slamming doors and dragging furniture.
Quiet Hours are 9pm-8am.
Swimming Pool & Spa
No food in pool area. No glass, ceramics, or breakables in pool, cabana, or bbq areas.
Children under 14 must be supervised. No children under 14 in the hot tub.
No diving, jumping, cannonballs, horseplay, running, splashing or noisy games.
No air mattresses, noodles, balls, or toys.
Incontinent individuals must wear waterproof pants or clothing to enter the pool or Jacuzzi.
Parking & General
All vehicles must be registered with the main office by filling out a registration card (provided on bulletin board or outside main office).
No idling vehicles in the roundabout or in front of units.
Covered parking (under tennis courts) is reserved for owners by permit only.
Max Occupancy: 4 people in #3-105.

Smoking & Pets
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the complex, including inside units, bathrooms, lanais, parking lots, walkways, stairwells, etc.
Smoking/Vaping is allowed only in the designated area in the southeast corner of the parking lot.
No pets allowed. Do not feed any animals.
I don’t know who this dog is but he sure seems like a lot of fun (off the complex grounds)!.
